    Please fill out this form to register for the Monroe Police Department's Halloween Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The event takes place at the Bobby Kilgore Law Enforcement Center at 450 W Crowell Street.

    To ensure a fun and safe event for everyone, please read and follow these rules:

    Arrival and Setup

    • All trunks must be parked and fully set up by 4:15 p.m.
    • A staff member will direct you to your designated parking spot upon arrival.

    Candy & Treats

    • You are responsible for providing your own candy or treats.
    • Only store-bought, individually wrapped items are allowed. No homemade treats.
    • Please be mindful of allergens, including nuts and dairy.

    Safety and Conduct

    • No smoking, alcohol, or controlled substances are allowed at the event.
    • Be respectful to all attendees, staff, and other trunk participants.

    Clean-Up

    • You are responsible for cleaning your area after the event.
    • No trash should be left behind.
